Our Mission

Markham Valley's name is derived from two neighborhoods in the cities I have called home over the years. Markham (just north of Toronto) and the San Gabriel Valley (to the north east of Los Angeles) are unique in that they are both predominantly Asian in population. To me, they are a reminder of the communities I serve as well as the responsibility to tell their stories.

I have been building many aspects of my enterprise under the Markham Vally banner - a production company, a record label, and now, Markham Valley Ventures. Through this initiative our goal is to create a community of like-minded AAPI leaders, connecting investors and proven entrepreneurs to emerging founders and exciting new ideas, united under the common goal of furthering AAPI impact across business and culture.

What we need more than anything is to rally around our community and build our own system - to stand unapologetically as we are. Markham Valley Ventures pledges always to stand at the forefront of the AAPI community and to build towards a better tomorrow for Asian America.
